Information we process
- Contact form: your name, your business name, your phone number or email address, and your message.
- Chat box: the message you write. Details such as phone numbers, email addresses, and ID numbers are automatically masked before the message is processed.
- Technical logs: IP address and request time, for security and to prevent misuse.
- Language selection: when you visit the main address, the country information that our infrastructure provider Cloudflare adds to the request is used only during that redirect to select the right language for you, and your IP address is not stored.
Our site uses a single functional cookie (lang, one year) only when you select a language manually, and it stores only the language code to remember your choice; we use no tracking or third-party cookies and host no tools that track visitors.
Why we process it
To respond to your request, explain the service that suits you, and keep the site secure. Your form details are processed on the basis of your explicit consent and the discussions needed to enter into a contract.
Where we store it and who receives it
Your form details are stored on our server in Türkiye and are not shared with third parties. The message you write in the chat box is sent to our AI service provider, with personal details masked, so that a reply can be generated. For this reason, we ask that you not write personal information in the chat box.
How long we keep it
Once your request has been resolved, we keep your data for the period required by law and then delete it.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. You can send your request to hello@thinktable.co.
